The Bomber Command Centre will hold an official opening fore invited guests on 12th April 2018.
Previously Select Lincolnshire has been asked to support the event by members attending to supply the oportunity for guests to purchase food and drink to have on the day.
VIP guest will be catere dfor in the centre itself but it is expected that there will be a need to suppy catering for up to approx 8,000 guests. There will be a programme of activity for the day and a separate event during the evning.
This is a major event with road closures so food and drink suppliers will need to be on site well before the event on the previus day and clearing site probbl;y the dayafter the event.
Some Select members had shown an interest previously when the event had been planned for last September. Those members names were passed to the organisers but if you have not had any contact from them please use the following email to gain further information.
Food and drink suppliers are sought to help cater for those guests attending who willneed to eat and drink while enjoying the days progarmme of activity.
