EarlyBird Lifestyle Support Wins at the Lincolnshire Care Awards

Recently, EarlyBird Lifestyle Support‘s Managing Director Damian Taylor won a prestigious award at the Lincolnshire Care Awards, organised by the Lincolnshire Care Association. 

These annual awards honour exceptional care workers, teams and organisations that go above and beyond for their service users.  The awards put the spotlight on the hard work and dedication carers bring to the job every single day, particularly those who go the extra mile for their service users. The event took place on 27th February, before the lockdown came into force.

Damian won the Community Care Leadership Award, which is presented to ‘an individual in a community care setting who can demonstrate Leadership that leads to improved quality of life for the users of their service’.

Damian said: “I feel emotional. To see everybody together tonight and being recognised for the work they do has been incredible. Everybody in the room who works in this industry is a winner.

“We are extremely honored to have not only been nominated for this award, but to win it means everything! We could not do this without all the support we have from our team and also the companies we work alongside.”
