First One the Brayford Residents Move In

The first residents of Lincoln’s premier residential and commercial development One The Brayford, located on Brayford Wharf, have moved in ahead of Christmas. 

Jackson & Jackson Developments have announced that 13 of the 89 luxury apartments are now occupied with new home owners keen to settle into their home before the big day.

One the Brayford is the first residential development of its kind in Lincoln and the stunning development offers contemporary city centre living with elevated views of the Brayford Pool and over the city to the south, and up to the Cathedral and Castle to the north.

72% of the apartments have been snapped up since construction began on the development in August 2016. Further buyers are expected to move in in February next year, when the internal fitout, which is being delivered by Lincoln-based LGG Projects, reaches completion.
