University of Lincoln, Careers & Employability’s Employer Project Scheme is a great way to engage with students in an interactive and impactful manner whilst also promoting your business and opportunities.

This is initiative requires just a 3 hour time commitment from your business but will have students working on the brief across 8 weeks with the support of the University’s team.
Project briefs can work around your business needs but examples from previous projects include:
– develop & propose a strategy for increasing diversity in recruitment
– review social media and create a social media plan
– research, report and create a change management plan
– redesign a packaging process to save time and improve sustainability
Students apply and are then matched to your project based on the skills needed and their previous experience and interests.
There are limited spaces to be a part of this exciting initiative so please do get in touch asap via employers@lincoln.ac.uk.
