Help your employees manage stress and look after their wellbeing this winter

Help your employees manage stress and look after their wellbeing this winter

As winter approaches, the dark nights, cold weather and the financial stress of the festive season can really take its toll on your mental and physical health.

To mark International Stress Awareness Week (1st – 5th November), Westfield Health have put together useful guides for managing stress, looking after your physical and mental wellbeing during winter and tips for creating self care habits.

We would encourage business leaders and line managers to share these with their staff, to increase awareness of how stress can impact their mental wellbeing, and how to combat the symptoms of stress.
